About Me

Ok...this is me, Zoe.  I am a 37 year old working Mum of two plus dogs, cat, tortoise and snake, and married to a wonderful husband.  I work at a pre-school, which I love.  Apart from my knowledge of childhood, I know a little about some things and nothing about some things.  I muddle through life making mostly the wrong decisions, occasionally the right ones, and I appreciate all the people in my life who put up with my spontaneous and sometimes lazy and forgetful nature.  That includes my family and my wonderful friends, who I am lucky enough to say are true and dear.

I am quite a simple soul and don't need a huge house, it's a good job, because I can't afford one, though I wouldn't say no to a nice lottery win, which I would use to secure a home of my own and take away the worries of a few close friends and family.


I live near the sea which I love but don't appreciate enough, and don't go often enough to just sit and appreciate how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful part of the country, even the world.  




I will introduce you to each of my family members in time, including the furry and scaly ones.  I expect they will bring there own worries and interesting times,  from having to clip Digby my Old English Sheep Dog because he thinks it's summer and decides to molt in Winter, to worrying about Horace the Tortoise having a wee in his hibernation box and dehydrating, I will share it all, in time!

So, please bare with! (to quote one of my favourite tv programs: `Miranda'), and hopefully I won't make too many blogging mistakes nor bore you rigid.
